Game 2:  Eastern v. Mount Saint Vincent  
RIVERDALE, N.Y.--Eastern Men's Soccer won its second decision in as many opportunities, beating the College of Mount Saint Vincent Dolphins 3-1 on Tuesday afternoon.

At halftime, the Eagles were knotted at 1-1, but sophomore Jamie Bonner (Lansdale, Pa./ North Penn) broke the tie in the 66th minute and freshman Jadon Ramsing (Columbia, Md./ Wilde Lake) scored his first collegiate goal to give the Eagles some insurance.
Eastern senior and reigning Freedom Conference Player of the Year Eric Giovagnoli (Royersford, Pa./ Spring-Ford) netted his first goal of the year in the 15th minute. Giovagnoli bent in a shot from around the 18-yard line.
The Dolphins responded with a deep free kick that slipped past Eagles' goalkeeper Nick Policastro (West Islip, N.Y./ West Islip) for the equalizer. Policastro saved four shots in the game.
Bonner broke the tie in the 66th minute after the Eagles drew a foul down the right wing. Ben Barnhart (Strasburg, Pa./ Lampeter-Strasburg) served the free kick in front of the net for the 6-foot-2 Bonner to finish with a header. Bonner has three career goals, all headers.
Eastern went man-up in the 70th minute when Mt. St. Vincent's Alexi Aguilar picked up a red card.
Three minutes later, Jonathan Nazon (Lansdale, Pa./ North Penn) served a corner kick to freshman Jadon Ramsing who finished the pass to put Eastern up 3-1.
The Dolphins took two more shots the rest of the game, neither on goal.
The Eagles peppered the Dolphins with 17 shots, 13 on goal, throughout the game and limited the Dolphins to just five shots on goal total.
Eastern plays its home opener on Saturday against neighboring Cabrini College at 3:30 p.m.
The Eagles are currently ranked No. 8 in the NSCAA Mid-Atlantic region.
